The residence is made of 27 small wooden chalets of 5 accommodations each. All apartments benefit from Southern exposure. It is located in "Les Chambons district" where some shops and restaurant can be found, and 1,5 km from "La Chal district" where most of the shops are. Benefit from free access to the relaxation area with heated outdoor swimming pool (6m x 12m), sauna, hammam and fitness area.

Residence Roches Rouges A (altitude 2100 meters) is a small (3 floors, no lift) and quiet property that is located in the heart of the sunny and family-friendly Lavachet area. It is 150 meters from services and shops (supermarket, bakery, restaurants and ski shops), only 20 meters from Chaudannes and Pâquis chairlift that can be easily reached by foot. You can also use free shuttle buses to reach within 5 minutes skilift departure in Tignes le Lac and Tignes Val Claret. Private ski lockers available. Public parking is compulsory, closest is about 50 meters away, it is free over summer season.
