Residence "Les Clarines" at the entrance of Champagny, is located about 800 meters from the village center and its shops, the gondola and the ESF ski school. There is a free shuttle running back and forth from the residence to teh gondola during the winter season. Both North and West facing, it provides a view over either Courchevel (West) and the village and its church (North). You'll have to walk up a few stairs or a walking path to reach the residence entrance. Parking to be found below.

Chalet des Rêves***** (500 m² living space, 3 levels) is a large traditional village house completely restored and renovated by its owners from 2019 to 2022 (3 years).
Located in an old hamlet - Champagny - Le Villard Dessous - below the village church - the Chalet des Rêves faces the nature of the Alps: a calm alpine pasture in the front line, the peaks of the Vanoise on the horizon.
Chalet des Rêves is built with local stone, which has been carefully restored. It also includes a large relaxation area with a sauna and hammam, all connected by an elevator.
