This superb 3 star, south facing residence is situated in the centre of the resort of Peyragudes close to restaurants, bars and shops. It has 84 apartments (for 3 to 10 person), and reception area with an open fire. Each apartment is well equipped with a living-room with a sofa bed, kitchenette with 2 or 4 ceramic plated hob, refrigerator, combined microwave oven, dish-washer, satellite television (with a supplement) bath or shower room, WC, and most have either a balcony or terrace. Underground carpark. At 10 minutes from the residence, you can go to Parc LUDEO Loisirs for all the family (access to the parc is payable - more information on activities and opening times at Maison de Peyragudes). You will benefits of an access at the covered heated swimming pool, sauna and fitness room of the residence.

The "Le Privilège" residence (completely renovated) with elevator, was built in the heart of the resort and harmoniously combines traditional, noble materials of the Pyrenees: wood, stone, and granite. All of the shops and services are located on the ground floor: bar, restaurant, sports store, tobacco shop, newsstand, food store, first aid station, and medical office. You can enjoy a moment of relaxation at the balneo center (10 m from the residence).
