What insurance is offered?

We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance. If you cancel your trip before departure without being covered by cancellation insurance, you will be responsible for the cancellation fees. These fees, deducted from the price of your trip, will be higher the closer you are to your departure date.
Taking out cancellation insurance allows you to be reimbursed for the cost of your stay (excluding administration fees and the insurance premium) if the cause of cancellation falls within the terms of the insurance.


- “Flexible Cancellation” insurance allows you to cancel your stay, without justification, up to 48 hours before your departure.

- “Accommodation” insurance allows you to be protected before and during your stay (upon presentation of proof depending on the conditions covered by the insurer).


We offer these insurances through our insurance partner Meetch.

What do you mean by "accommodation cancellation" insurance?

The accommodation and meal baskets (if purchased) will be reimbursed (except for administration charge and for prime insurance) if the reason for cancelling comes under the contract regulations.

I have already booked and I would like to take an insurance?

You have 48 hours after your reservation to add insurance to your file, directly from your “Traveler Area”.

How do I cancel my holiday through the insurance?

You must send an email to Ski Planet to request cancellation of your reservation. Montagne Vacances will first consider your request and redirect you to our insurance broker, Meetch. You will need to provide proof of cancellation and your invoice via a form.

How do I know whether my cancellation is guaranteed?

All cancellation reasons and conditions are available in your customer area. If necessary, please contact our Montagne Vacances reservations department. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
