It's part of a vast hiking area, there are several mountain bike routes. You can also walk with no great differences in altitude along the "Suonen" (historic irrigation channels). You can also go horse riding, climbing, paragliding or bowling. The Valais’ capital Sion is worth to go shopping trip or to passan evening for a gourmet meal. More sight in the surroundings: underground lake St-Léonard, the Grande Dixence dam and lake – at 285 metres the highest dam in the world. Distance tp the Lake Iles in the Rhone Valley ~ 20 km.

The chalet Falcons Nest is a new comfortable chalet situated in the resort the Masses - Thyon 1600. The hiking trails are located 250 m away from the chalet. A small supermarket and a restaurant are situated 350 m away from the building. The center of Collons is 3 km. You can take advantage of a magnificent view.

This wonderful chalet has a light-flooded spacious open-plan living/dining area and a fully equipped quality kitchen. The window front of the living area offers a breathtaking view over the Alps. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony and terrace are both west/south facing so there is a lot of light and panoramic views. The chalet is situated in a sunny position in Les Masses, approx. 500 m away are a small super market and a restaurant. Distance to the larger village Les Collons ~3 km with shops, restaurants, pubs, bank, post office. Indoor swimming pool at Thyon 2000, ~7,5 km. The beautiful regional capital Sion (oldest town in Switzerland) is 18km away at the bottom of the mountain. The village of Hérémence is ~5 minutes away by car, which also has restaurants and bars, bank, supermarket and post office.

You will take advantage of 5 huge rooms, all with their own bathroom. You will have a wonderful view over the surrounding mountains of Swiss Alps. Some shops and restaurants are at 1500m from the chalet. Collons ski resort is at 4km.
