Charming 3*** residence in the sun. Ideal location in the heart of the Val-Cenis resort. Spacious and new apartments. Ski lifts 30 m away (Pré Novel chairlift). Shops available on the ground floor of the residence: restaurant, souvenir press, sports shop, hot spot for bread and pastries, general food. Free shuttle to other points of the resort 80m away. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Located in the heart of Val-Cenis between the villages of Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard, both accessible on foot (approximately 700m), the residence will allow you to enjoy the atmosphere of the 2 villages.
