   Two chalets built in the residential neighbourhood of Saint Martin in the summer 2007. We rent a beautiful and spacious 10 persons chalet with 5 bedrooms (each for 2 persons), no sleeping facilities in the living room, with fire-place and sauna. Situated only a few meters away from the ski slopes, the chalet offers a fantastic view on the village of Saint Martin de Belleville and on the opposite mountain.

   The cosy and high-quality furnished living area with partly wood-planked walls and with sofa groupings around the fire-places. The 12 persons apartment has a large terrace with garden and a second separate kitchen with a professional four-flame gas stove, oven and chest freezer. The second kitchen is ideal for groups, which rent the complete Chalet for up to 20 persons. From the balconies, the terrace and the large panorama windows you have a wonderful view over the valley of Belleville.

   This chalet is located in "les 3 vallées" skiing area. It was renovated in summer 1999 by the owner. The Sarvan chalet is situated in a quiet place at about 400 m of the resort centre.

   The chalet Eden and chalet Licorne are situated in the calm peaceful village of Les Varcins (set back from the road), at 2,5 km from St Martin de Belleville. Exceptional mountain chalet for 12 people, with a modern interior. Built in 2006 and unique in the Belleville Valley. Access to the relaxation area in the chalet : spa, hammam, sauna, solarium.

   Two luxury Chalets built in summer 2006 in the small mountain village "Villarabout". The village is situated on a sunny plateau above Saint Martin de Belleville, only 1 km away from the cable railway direct into the Trois Vallées. From the south-oriented terraces/balconies of the chalets you have a wonderful view over the valley of Belleville and the surrounding mountain panorama. All the bedrooms of every chalet have parquet floorings, partly wood-planked walls and their own bathroom with shower and washbasin. Both chalets are furnished very tastefully and stylefully with high-quality furnitures. The living-room with the cosy sofa grouping in front of the stove will invite you to relax after a great day of skiing. Each of the two chalets has its own private sauna (included in the price).

   The old farm La Voute is situated in the old centre of the village of Saint Martin, in front of the church, on the village place. In the ground floor there is a nice restaurant with a sunny terrace. Our 4 apartments, renovated in summer 2001, are located in the 3 upper floors. They are equipped with high quality wood furniture and built-in kitchens. All of them also have small sunny balconies with a wonderful view, beyond the place, at the surrounding mountains.
