   The natural-stone-built Chalet is situated in the old centre of the village of Saint Marcel. It was renovated in summer 2002. The bathrooms and the kitchen are modern, the soils are partly laid down with parquet and the walls are partially covered with wooden panelling. The large balcony offers a beautiful view over the roofs of Saint Marcel on the surrounding mountains.

   Very comfortably furnished studio flat on the local edge of Saint Martin with a great view at the opposite mountain massif. There is a seating corner in the living-room, a double bed in the "bedroom area" separated from the "living-room area" with a nice room divider. A large storage capacity is offered by a wall cupboard. The beautiful natural-stone-built bathroom is opened on the main room.

   This chalet is situated in the 3 Vallées ski area. Very pretty and spacious chalet, separated in 2 apartments arranged with care by their owner. The apartments don't have a bedding in the stay and have two bathrooms and two toilets. New for 2002/2003 winter, a fitness club (with sauna and showers) exclusive for your, in the next-door building. The apartments offer a beautiful view from the balcony or the big windows of through the old centre of Saint Martin in the valley of Belleville and mountains. Chalet is situated 250 m from village center.

   Traditional chalet build in summer 1999 in an authentic spirit, which volums, forms and construction materials are faithful to the Savoyard style. It's located in the centre of Saint Martin de Belleville. From the sunny and south oriented balconies, you have a beautiful view on the old village and the mountains. You can take advantage of the private garden with table and barbecue.

   Unique "urban villa" situated in the old centre of Saint Martin with high covers and parquet floorings in the corridors and bedrooms. The house was completely converted and renovated in the summer 2005. Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. In the ground floor the living area is devided in a professional kitchen, living salon with panelling at the wall and separate dining-room, as well as a bedroom with bath. All further rooms and baths are situated in the two upper floors. A privat sauna (included) with a small relaxation room in the cellar of the house invites you to relax (entrance from the outside).

   Chalet constructed in the traditional style in 1999, situated at the church square, centre of the old village. 3 balconies south exposure with beautiful and imposing view over the old village and the valley and the mountains. The -Marie Gros- chalet, for 10 people, is common with the -Pepe Martin- chalet. therefore it is possible to rent the two chalets together for groups until 20 people.

   Two chalets built in the residential neighbourhood of Saint Martin in the summer 2007. We rent a beautiful and spacious 10 persons chalet with 5 bedrooms (each for 2 persons), no sleeping facilities in the living room, with fire-place and sauna. Situated only a few meters away from the ski slopes, the chalet offers a fantastic view on the village of Saint Martin de Belleville and on the opposite mountain.
