Sainte-Foy is equally beautiful in the summer. We've been mountain biking and white water rafting, rock climbing and paragliding. But what we love best is gente hike to the high mountain pastures, admiring the stately Tarine cows and searching for the wild flowers that give our favorite liqueur its flavour, and, of course, it's name.
