   Situated close to the shops, the Hameau de Balestas comprises a terrace of 6 chalets built in Pyrenean style and 3 other buildings which azre divided by districts : La Belle Sayette, Les Abellans, Le Forum, Le Val d'Esquierry.

   This superb 4 star, south facing residence is situated in the centre of the resort of Peyragudes close to restaurants, bars and shops. It has 87 apartments (for 3 to 10 person), private indoor heated swimming pool with south facing sun terrace, fitness centre, sauna, jacuzzi and reception area with an open fire. Each apartment is well equipped with a living-room with a sofa bed, kitchenette with 2 or 4 ceramic plated hob, refrigerator, combined microwave oven, dish-washer, satellite television (with a supplement) bath or shower room, WC, and most have either a balcony or terrace. Underground carpark.

   This welcoming residence is builted with local stone and wood. The appartments offer a wonderful view over the lake and mountain. The residence "La Soulane" is located at Loudenvielle, 9 km of Val Louran and 11 km of Peyragudes.

   The "Balcons du Soleil" residence (with elevators) was built in the entrance of Peyragudes resort. In summer, you can have a free access to the swimming-pool and the animations of the resort. The residence profits from a maximum sunning and offers a panoramic view on the resort, the valleys and the moutains. At the ground floor, you will find a snack-bar, a ski school and the tourist office. All the apartments are well exposed : South and South-West.
