In the district of Chamonix Sud, the residence, recently renovated, is situated at 300 m from the cable car of the Aiguille du Midi and at 500 m from the resort center. It consists of 2 buildings: la Rivière and les Aiglons.

"Plein Sud" residence proposes comfortable apartments with a nice view. The resort centre is situated at about 500 m.
