   Unique "urban villa" situated in the old centre of Saint Martin with high covers and parquet floorings in the corridors and bedrooms. The house was completely converted and renovated in the summer 2005. Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. In the ground floor the living area is devided in a professional kitchen, living salon with panelling at the wall and separate dining-room, as well as a bedroom with bath. All further rooms and baths are situated in the two upper floors. A privat sauna (included) with a small relaxation room in the cellar of the house invites you to relax (entrance from the outside).
