Rental conditions

   The occupants will be held, before the exit inventory will be proceeded, of putting back, furnitures an objects at the place they occuped at their arrival. Tenants make the promise of giving the lodging in a perfect state of cleanliness.

   The occupants will abstain in a absolute way to throw in the sinks, tubs, TOILETS..., etc...any kind of objects which could obstruct the pipelines, in which case, they will be asked to pay the prejudice. The guaranty that is left at the arrival, is sent back, once made the deduction of the observed damages or insufficient cleaning or delay in handing-over of the keys.

   The occupants will not claim any rent deduction or any indemnity in the case of an urgent and unexpected repair, which has to be done by the owner,during the stay.

   The occupants will live in the appartment as civilised people and will give all their consideration to the tranquility and to the need of sleep of the others residents. Ski Planet cannot be considered as person in charge of any noise pollution of the neighborhood. The customer will have to refer to proper authorities. Under risk of cancellation, the occupants will not have the right of sublet or to yield their rights of the present contract to whoever without the special consent of the renter.

   Within the 24 hours following the possession of their apartment, the occupants will have to inform the reception of any anomaly observed. During the stay, the possible complaints must be formulated, on the spot, to the responsible person, in order not to endure inconveniences during all vacations. No ulterior complaint will be receivable.

   The touristic regions are still growing , and that can be observed. Ski-planet cannot be informed systematically, nor held for responsible, of all works, constructions or events undertaken in the station, during the season, either by individuals or by public or local authorities. Nevertheless, in so far as Ski-planet is kept informed of works and events in the residence or the resort,( works or events that give rise to loud noises ), the tenant will be informed too.

   When the tenant doesn’t present himself or in the case of a differed arrival, neither ski-planet, neither the person in charge of the residence, cannot be reasonably held for responsible, nor to bear the reimbursement of potential expenses,caused by a hotel night. If the tenant cannot arrive at the hour mentioned, he must contact the residence and organize a new schedule of arrival, with the agent responsible. The same conditions apply for an anticipated departure.

   If the tenant has got a special wish or request ( appartment located at ground floor for example ), Ski-Planet will communicate it to the landlord at the time of the booking : The wishes of the tenants are taken in consideration as much as possible, but cannot in no case be guaranteed, « If possible but unguaranteed ».

   No complaints which would be not mentioned in advance to the agent in charge of the site, won't be taken into account and will be able to give the right to a compensation. Ski-Planet doesn't own the rental lodgings,so, all details on the Residence which are transmitted to the tenants are in conformity with the details which were received previously from the hosts and landlords. In the event that some alterations would occur in the course of season, Ski-planet can't be hold responsible for the change.

   The residences are equipped for tourist stays. The photographs published give an illustration of the residences, but are not contractual. The selected lodging can be slightly different of the illustrations. Ditto for the inside descriptions of lodgings ( surface, structure … ) which are organised by type of lodging. Meaning, for the same type of lodging, it could appear a few differences which are not substantial.

   Lodgings's description specify the maximum amount of bed available in each appartment. The use of a lodging at its maximum capacity, can give the impression of less comfort.

   During the low season, services proposed, can become fewer. The restaurants, jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath and swimming pools are generally opened, but, the menus's choice and swimming pool's schedules could be limited. We mention, in the event of heavy weather, of specific cleaning, of peculiar maintenance, of a weak frequentation or for any other incident which would be independent of our will, those services could be interrupted.

   In the event of an exceptional unavailability of housing due to a problem which would be independent of our will, as far as possible, a solution of replacement will be provided to the tenant. In the event of no solution of replacement, the lodging expenses will be refunded.

   Your deposit is the guarantee of all the details of your booking. Any modification (dates of your booking, number of persons, and localisation) will lead a file transfer charge of 30 €. However, no modification will be accepted during the period generating a cancellation fee.

   Each reservation involves booking fee of 8 €. According to the article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumption Law, the retractation right does not applies.

    The client cannot benefit from a promotional offer which could appear after his reservation, excepting for an additional lodging. Indeed, promotional offers are not retroactive. Specific reductions for a week may not be claimed at the same time with consecutive weeks reductions.

Confirmation of order

As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Preserve it preciously : it comprises all the indications relating to your booking.

Conditions of cancellation

The cancellation of your reservation involves expenses which are invoiced to you according to the scale situated in each step of your booking.

Any cancellation must be mentioned by registered letter to SKI-PLANET or by telefax exceptionally 3 days before the date of the stay.

Payment conditions

At the time of your reservation you must mention the number of your bank card and its validity date. The accepted bank cards are : the blue card, the Visa card & the Mastercard card.

You have also the possibility of paying your deposit by using the bank check which must be at the order of Ski-planet and sent to Ski-Planet - Chalet "La Perdrix des neiges" - Avenue Emile Machet - 73350 BOZEL - France. The balance will be collected by Ski-planet 31 days before the beginning of your stay.
